Weight Loss

Our medical weight loss programs are designed to support sustainable, realistic results. Using FDA-approved medications and personalized care, we help you feel more in control of your appetite, cravings, and overall wellness.

At K&E, your journey begins with a one-on-one consultation with one of our experienced nurse practitioners to determine which treatment is right for you. From there, we create a plan that fits your lifestyle—whether that means in-lounge injections or medication delivered directly to your home.

Our goal is simple: safe, supported, and sustainable weight loss—guided by medical professionals.

We start with a $50 consultation, available either in person or by phone. From there, you can choose in-lounge injections (with a $10 per-injection fee) or have your medication shipped straight to your home.

TREATMENT OPTIONS AT A GLANCE

TREATMENT OPTIONS AT A GLANCE

Semaglutide

Semaglutide is a GLP1 medication that helps regulate appetite by mimicking a naturally occurring hormone in the body. It works by slowing digestion, increasing feelings of fullness, and reducing cravings—making it easier to maintain a calorie deficit without feeling deprived.

Benefits may include:

  • Reduced appetite and cravings

  • Improved portion control

  • Steady, sustainable weight loss

  • Support for metabolic health

Semaglutide is administered as a weekly injection and is prescribed based on your individual health goals and medical history.

Tirzepatide

Tirzepatide is a newer, dual-action medication that targets two hormones involved in appetite and blood sugar regulation. This enhanced mechanism may lead to greater appetite control and improved metabolic support for some patients.

Benefits may include:

  • Enhanced appetite suppression

  • Improved blood sugar regulation

  • Significant weight loss results

  • Weekly injection with medical oversight

Tirzepatide is also given as a once-weekly injection and may be recommended for patients seeking a more advanced option based on their needs and goals.
